Mattamy Homes, one of North America’s leading home builders, was looking to inject new energy into their existing community, Soleil Condos. Located at the foothills of the Niagara Escarpment and at the centre of Milton’s beaming landscape, we tapped into the 360° livability of the community and let it shine. From a refreshed identity designed to appeal to our modern dweller, to a revitalized sales centre outfitted with elements that enhanced the experience with ease, we worked to seamlessly to elevate the brand across all campaign touchpoints.
